Casa Paraiso – The Paradise House in Orlando – Airbnb Review
The Paradise House, Casa Paraiso in Orlando, is an urban oasis; a tropical lakefront Airbnb destination featuring exotic views.
Privacy, tropical lushness, pool, lakefront urban oasis…
To attend a Jimmy Buffet concert, I needed a place to stay in Orlando near Camping World Stadium.
I was looking for a place away from downtown Orlando, heavy traffic, and noisy streets. Always, I look for water. And privacy with the local angle… Riverfront. Oceanfront. Lakefront…
Choices. Condos. Glitzy skyline view apartments with concierge service. Houses. High rises. Rooms in houses. B&B’s. I kept looking, “hearted” about eight, but kept looking. Wait. It would come.
Right in the middle of Orlando, I found it Exactly the oasis to fulfill my Airbnb philosophy of “equal but better.”

The Paradise House, Casa Paraiso, is that Shangri-La. The lakefront property has four separate rooms with en suite baths. Each room has an exotic theme; African, French, Tahitian, and Moroccan, based on experiences from owners Rafael and Zulay’s world travels. On Airbnb, if you click on the picture of the host, you can find a link to their other listings, and view each room there.

Each room has its own private garden seating area for relaxing outdoors. Lush tropical plantings give birds and lizards perches.

Shared spaces include an outdoor seating area, an adorable subdued bar area complete with lights, sink, and views of bamboo and a bright yellow tablebuia tree (I think it was one of these) and plenty of bougainvillea, a pool, and an outdoor shower spa-like experience.

Also shared is a fully-outfitted kitchen.

That would be enough right there!

But… there’s more!!
On the Rock Lake side of the property, there are more features. There’s a picnic table for lakeside alfresco meals, a screened hot tub room, and a screened hammock room that instantly converts to waterfront massage space.

There are free weights available for training with a view of the lake. With the lake to the East, the main house sliding glass doors make perfect mirrors for monitoring form and reflecting the lake and Orlando skyline.
And… there’s even more!

Down a short boardwalk, there’s a deck with a sitting area, a canoe, and two stand-up paddle boards for exploring Rock Lake.
The Orlando skyline view is fantastic! There is plenty of parking inside the electric gates.
